Lulu's Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip

1 10 Oz frozen chopped spinach

1 16 oz container of sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 package vegetable soup mix (Knorr) - this comes in a package, usually in the soup aisle

1 8 Oz water chestnuts – chopped up

3 green onions chopped up

Squeeze spinach until dry in small strainer or food processor

Stir everything together – refrigerate for 2 hours

Serve in round bread with sourdough
