I like to serve this with quesadillas.
Berenstein’s Cheese Fantastico Dressing
Jack and Cheddar Cheese
One head of lettuce, broken up
Chicken Breast, diced
Kidney Beans, rinsed
Tomatoes
Red Onion
Avocado
Crushed Tortilla Chips
Place above ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with dressing when ready to serve.
