Bacon & Spinach Salad

1 bunch spinach 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 head iceberg lettuce 4 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup green onions ½ lb. bacon, crumbled

Place the ingredient in a large bowl. Mix with dressing when ready to serve.

DRESSING:

1 cup oil 1 tsp. salt
½ cup vinegar ½ tsp. dry mustard
½ cup sugar 1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. onion powder
